COVID-19

Q: Will CELEBRATE be held in person?

A: Yes! We are thrilled to be able to host our annual convention in person this year. CELEBRATE will be held at the MGM Grand.

Q: Will there be a virtual broadcast?

A: No. There will not be a virtual broadcast of this event.

Q: What safety precautions will be taken? 

A: Paparazzi staff and each of our convention attendees will be expected to adhere to all health and safety regulations outlined by the state of Nevada, Clark County, and the MGM Grand. We understand these guidelines can change, and we will comply with the regulations in place at the time of the event. As an attendee, you will be expected to adhere to these regulations as well.

Q: Will masks be required?

A: Paparazzi staff and each of our convention attendees will be expected to adhere to all health and safety regulations outlined by the state of Nevada, Clark County, and the MGM Grand. We understand these guidelines can change, and we will comply with the regulations in place at the time of the event. As an attendee, you will be expected to adhere to these regulations as well. 

Q: Will social distancing be enforced?

A: Paparazzi staff and each of our convention attendees will be expected to adhere to all health and safety regulations outlined by the state of Nevada, Clark County, and the MGM Grand. We understand these guidelines can change, and we will comply with the regulations in place at the time of the event. As an attendee, you will be expected to adhere to these regulations as well. 

Q: If I purchase a ticket and then contract COVID-19 and am unable to attend, can I get a refund?

A: No. All tickets sales for CELEBRATE are final. No cancellations or refunds will be offered, regardless of the reason for absence. Tickets are nontransferable. 

TICKETS & REGISTRATION 

Q: What does my ticket include?

A: The price of your ticket will provide entry to all general sessions, access to shop for convention-exclusive goodies, and admittance to the Black & White Recognition Gala, the kickoff celebration, and the after party. Each attendee will receive registration materials, which will include a commemorative t-shirt. 

Q: I mistyped the information on my registration, how can I fix it?

A: You will need to email our Events Team (events@paparazziaccessories.com) and request your needed changes. Please note that a fee of $10 per change will apply. This fee is $50 for a Consultant ID correction. 

Q: When should I plan on arriving in and departing from Las Vegas?

A: To maximize your experience at CELEBRATE, we encourage you to arrive no later than Monday, August 2, 2021 and plan on leaving no sooner than Saturday, August 7, 2021. Beat the lines and take advantage of early event check-in on Sunday, August 1, 2021!

Q: Can I bring my children? Will there be daycare available?

A: CELEBRATE will be a mix of presentations in a large group setting, trainings, and of course, shopping! Neither Paparazzi nor the MGM Grand have a policy that prevents children from attending the event. If you feel comfortable bringing your child(ren), we would request that you remain mindful of others in attendance and step out of the meeting if needs be. No daycare will be provided. 

All attendees (with the exception of lap children) will require a full ticket for admission to the event. A lap child is defined as an individual who is 24 months or younger.

Q: Does my child need a ticket?

A: Any child who is 24 months of age or older at the time of the event will require a ticket for admission. Children without a ticket will not be admitted. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian.

Q: Do I need to be a certain rank to attend the event?

A: Every single Consultant is invited to join us for CELEBRATE! We hope to see you there! 

Q: What do I need to bring to check in?

A: To check in at CELEBRATE, please bring your printed name badge (which will be sent in advance), and a photo ID.

Q: Where do I pick up my name badge? 

A: We will mail your name badge prior to the event. Please make sure your shipping address on file with Paparazzi is updated. If you forget your name badge, you will need to have another one printed onsite. A charge of $25 will apply.

Q: My spouse or significant other is traveling with me but only wants to attend the Black & White Recognition Gala. Can I buy a ticket just for that?

A: A full event ticket will be required to attend the Black & White Recognition Gala. No a la carte ticket options are available. 

Q: I registered but am now unable to attend the event. Can my friend or Sponsor pick up my registration materials?

A: No. Promotional items provided to those in attendance will not be made available to those who do not attend the event, regardless of the reason for absence. This includes but is not limited to registration materials and products for sale at the event. 

Q: Can my spouse or a non-Consultant guest attend with me?
A: Absolutely! They will just need to purchase a ticket to have access to the event.

Q: My spouse or significant other is traveling with me but only wants to attend the After Party. Can I buy a ticket just for that?

A: A full event ticket will be required to attend the After Party. No a la carte ticket options are available. 

Q: Can I transfer my ticket?

A: No. Tickets to CELEBRATE are nonrefundable and nontransferable. 

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Tickets to CELEBRATE are nonrefundable and nontransferable.  

Q: I received a free convention ticket in my Large Home Party Starter Kit ($499). How do I redeem it?

A: If you purchased a Large Home Party Starter Kit ($499) and you have a free convention ticket voucher to redeem, a discount code has been generated for you in the following format: SKLASTNAMEXXXXXX, where ‘XXXXXX’ is your Consultant ID. For example, if your name is Jane Smith, and your Consultant ID is 123456, your discount code would be: SKSMITH123456. 

Free convention ticket vouchers expire one year from the date of the Starter Kit purchase. Additionally, the voucher itself does not guarantee a ticket to the event. It must be redeemed by registering using the discount code provided in order to secure your seat at the event. 

Please note that if a Consultant redeems a free convention ticket voucher and is unable to attend CELEBRATE, a $50 penalty fee will be incurred. This fee will be waived if a formal cancellation is received by the Events Team via email by 5:00 PM MT (7:00 PM ET, 6:00 PM CT, 4:00 PM PT) on Friday, June 18, 2021. Free convention tickets cannot be redeemed by anyone other than the account holder. Please note that when registering with a Starter Kit code, you will need to register separately (no other tickets may be purchased at the same time).  

HOTEL & VENUE

Q: Is there somewhere I can find a roommate to stay with during the event?

A: Paparazzi will not coordinate rooming assignments. If you would like to stay with another Consultant, we encourage you to seek out online groups or contact your Sponsor for help. 

Q: How do I get from the airport to the MGM Grand?

A: The MGM Grand is minutes away from the McCarran International Airport! There are a variety of transportation options available upon arrival that will get you there in no time! Paparazzi does not coordinate transportation between the airport and the MGM Grand.

Q: Can I extend my stay at the MGM Grand?

A: Of course, you can stay at the MGM for as long as you would like. The Paparazzi group room rate is in effect from Sunday, August 1st through Friday, August 6th. Discounted rates will not apply to dates outside of the aforementioned window.

Q: If I'm driving to the event, will parking be available?

Q: Do I need travel insurance? 

A: We encourage you to review cancellation fees and policies for the MGM Grand (or wherever you may be staying while in Las Vegas), and any policies you have surrounding your own personal travel—including airline tickets—before you make reservations or purchase a ticket to CELEBRATE. If you feel you’ll need flexibility to fit your personal circumstances, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance when planning your trip.

 

GENERAL EVENT QUESTIONS

 

Q: What should I wear?

A: For General Session and shopping, casual and comfortable attire is encouraged. 

The Black & White Recognition Gala held on Thursday evening is all about YOU, so come dressed ready to rock your personality whether you’ll be working the runway or being adored in the crowd. Pictures will be taken! Black and white attire is strongly encouraged.

Q: Will there be breaks during General Session?

A: Please stay tuned for a more detailed agenda that will provide specific times for each session, including breaks and mealtimes. 

Q: Will food be provided?

A: All food is the responsibility of the attendee. The MGM Grand offers a variety of restaurants.  

Q: Can I bring food into the arena?

A: No food or drink will be permitted inside the Grand Garden Arena. 

Q: Will there be Party Hoppers this year?

A: No. The Party Hopper program will not be honored in 2021.  

Q: What payment methods will you be accepting?

We will accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. If a Consultant would like to use cash for their convention purchases, they will need to connect with our team at the registration desk. Our team will apply a Back Office credit on your Paparazzi account that matches the amount of cash given. No personal checks will be accepted.

 Q: Will I be able to meet my team members who are at the event?

A: Definitely! We strongly encourage you to contact your team members before arriving in Las Vegas to coordinate a time for you to meet up during the event. Interacting with your upline and other Consultants from your team is a huge part of what makes these types of events a success.

Q: Can I take my convention orders home with me? 

A: No will call option will be available for CELEBRATE, and all orders placed while at the event will be shipped from our warehouse in Utah. This includes branded apparel from the Paparazzi Boutique, Zi Collection Signature Series pieces from the Zi Boutique, and convention inventory. 
 

Q: Will Paparazzi Headquarters be open during the event? 

A: Our Paparazzi Showroom will be closed Monday, August 2nd - Friday, August 6th. Our Support Team will be available for general support during their normal hours Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT. 

 

RECOGNITION

Q: How do I get a chance to be on stage? 

A: Consultants who qualify to receive their cornerstone recognition pieces (new Executive Producers and higher) will each take their turn crossing the stage during the Black & White Recognition Gala. Additionally, certain access levels within the Life of the Party program and Crown Club program will be invited on stage to receive their gifts. Please watch your inbox for more details about recognition during CELEBRATE. 

Q: Where and when will I get my recognition gifts?
A: In order to receive any recognition gifts associated with convention attendance, the Consultant must be checked in as a CELEBRATE attendee. Recognition gifts will be handed out after the Black & White Recognition Gala on Thursday night. Your name badge will be required to pick up your gifts.
