PREORDERS POLICY - NEW RELEASES

Each Monday thru Friday, Paparazzi releases hot new accessories with trending styles. In most cases, once Paparazzi's inventory has been sold out, those pieces are no longer available. The hottest new releases can often sell out in seconds.

PREORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Shine With Aloha Team loves to order as many hot new releases as possible. Many of you have asked for a way to "preorder" new releases each day. Paparazzi policy prohibits us from pre-selling inventory that we haven't yet purchased. To follow this policy, we wait until our order has been confirmed in the Paparazzi back office and we have been charged by Paparazzi before making any item available for PREORDER.Ā 

By ordering a PREORDER piece, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

CAN I ORDER OTHER PIECES WITH MY PREORDER PIECES?

Yes! You can order any pieces available on our site with your PREORDER pieces. Other pieces will be shipped once your PREORDER pieces arrive. If you 'd like other pieces to arrive sooner, we suggest issuing a separate order. If the order has already been placed, please contact us and we can help get your non-PREORDER pieces headed your way (additional shipping charges apply).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PREORDER PIECES?

After payment has been received, normally it takes 7-10 business days to receive the lovely box of bling. During High Peak Seasons (ie June 2021), it has taken an average of 21 business days to arrive. Once all pieces have been received to fulfill your order, your package will be shipped out within 2-3 business days.

WHAT IF WE DON'T RECEIVE THE PIECES FROM PAPARAZZI?

If we receive our order from Paparazzi and your ordered piece is broken due to carrier damage, lost in transit, or Paparazzi inventory errors, we guarantee that we will refund 100% of the cost+tax of your PREORDER pieces. If no other pieces were ordered along with your PREORDER pieces, we will also refund your shipping. If other pieces were ordered along with your PREORDER pieces, we will ship those items to you.

CAN I CANCEL MY PREORDER?

If you created an order by mistake, please contact us immediately at shinewithaloha@gmail.com to correct your order.
