Return Policy

  • Refund Policy/Broken Items:
        1. Shine With Aloha, LLC wants to provide quality and timely products to our customers. Should an item arrive to you missing or broken, please email within 3 days of receiving your order.  If your piece(s) are broken, please include in your email a picture of the broken piece(s) and the packaging.
        2. Shine With Aloha, LLC will review your email and either refund you for the piece(s) broken and/or replace the broken piece(s) in your paid order.
        3. Although Shine With Aloha, LLC is NOT responsible for broken items during shipment, since the entire customer's order is inspected before it gets mailed out, we will do our best to ensure we provide quality and timely customer service.
        4. If a package is lost/stolen, a claim needs to be filed through USPS on your behalf. Please contact your local USPS to further inquire.
  • Pick ups/Drop offs of orders: Shine With Aloha LLC, does not provide local pickups or drop offs. Due to the volume of our business, we cannot schedule individual times. All items are shipped (see shipping policy).
