Mandi's Empire Diamond Design is an inspirational dream of a necklace. Three graduating silver discs are dotted in a rainbow of dainty rhinestones and encouraging messages that read, "When it rains, look for rainbows," and "When it's dark, look for stars." The dainty star charm finishes off the look with a hint of iridescent twinkle in its center.
